Warranty

All equipment is offered with a full 30 day warranty (unless otherwise stated on the item page). The warranty begins from the date received. If the unit does not perform as Intended we will repair, at no cost to you or a full refund will be honored upon return of the unit. Warranty does not cover issues or damage caused by user error or mishandling. Please note, the warranty is not intended to be a trial period allowing for the return for any reason. If a return is requested for any reason not related to the functionality of the unit, a 20% restocking fee will apply. 


Shipping Information

We ship all items via FedEX (Ground, Express, International, & Freight Truck) and use ground service as the default preferred method for US based shipments. The shipping charge should be noted on the item's listing page or it will be added to your quote. We use Instapak foam in place molding and a double wall box for most of our outgoing shipments for safe and secure transport. The customer will be charged for all shipping and handling charges, and fees incurred in the process of delivering the order.


Payment Terms

All new customers or first time orders will be under "Prepayment Terms", 100% net prior to shipping unless otherwise negotiated on an individual basis. Net 30 days terms can be provided to pre-qualified companies after a proper credit check has been performed. Accepted payment methods include credit card, wire transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or check.


Return Policy

AnytimeLabTrader accepts returns for defective and non-defective products from all customers both domestic and International. AnytimeLabTrader will authorize the return and provide an RMA# of any equipment that does not function as advertised and could not be replaced or repaired during the warranty period. Domestic returns are accepted within 30 days from the date received (unless otherwise stated in the item's listing page). Return shipping charges will be covered by AnytimeLabTrader for domestic returns. International shipping charges are non-refundable or covered for returns however returns are accepted for all international customers. 

  • Defective and Non-Defective Products: Returns accepted within the warranty period. Defective products will be covered under the warranty. Non defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges: We can offer an exchange if a comparable unit is available and upon customer’s agreement. 
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received to include all parts, accessories, cables, etc. The customer is responsible for safely repackaging for return items in the same manner as received to ensure safe shipping. Customers are encouraged to keep shipping boxes and packaging materials for the duration of the warranty period in case a return is requested.
  • Return Window: Within the warranty period (typically 30 days) or beyond upon approval. 
  • Method and Fees: Items must be returned by standard ground shipping generally FedEX or UPS. We’ll provide a downloadable return label once an RMA is approved. Refunds will be processed within 10 days from receipt of a returned item.
